How to file

Email help@ankepai.cn. Tell us who you are, include proof of rights, and list the pages or screenshots involved. We'll reply within 3 business days.

What happens next

  1. We receive your email
  2. We reply within 3 business days
  3. We verify
  4. We take the necessary action and let you know
  5. Whoever provided the content may respond
  6. We forward their response to you
  7. If we don't hear of a complaint or lawsuit from you within the deadline (5 days by default), the content is restored

Two things up front

  • We go by the facts and the law and promise no outcome in advance — what should come down will come down, and what shouldn't won't just because an email arrived.
  • The website has no submission form: your email, the material and our reply all stay in the mailbox, one copy each.
